The Meeting is supported by the “Science is Cool” (SCOOL), a non-profit Cultural Association. Members of SCOOL are eligible of VAT exemption.
The full registration fee amounts to 270 € for members of SCOOL (VAT exempt)
All non-SCOOL members participants will pay 300 € which includes VAT.
All remote participants and PhD students (a proof of status is mandatory) attending in presence are fee waived.
Fees include:
- Attendance to all Meeting sessions
- Venue Rent
- Conference Program Coffee breaks, Tea Breaks from January 20 to January 24
- Shuttle Busses
- Secretariat
- Technical Support
