The ePIC Collaboration Meeting will take place in Villa Mondragone in Monte Porzio Catone, a small town close to Rome, Italy.
Lodging: participants may find accommodation in the various Hotels in Frascati, at a price in the range of 90-140€ for 3- or 4-star Hotels.
Special rates for the ePIC collaboration meeting participants are being negotiated for the following Hotels. Reservations must be done by e-mail or phone quoting ePIC2025, otherwise conference rates will not be applied.
A shuttle service is organized every morning and every evening to connect Frascati and Tor Vergata Train Stations and hotels to Villa Mondragone. A detailed shuttle service schedule may be found here.
