The European Strategy for Particle Physics (ESPP) Open Symposium is an opportunity for all interested European companies to learn about the perspectives in the field and the technological developments that will be needed to realize the new research infrastructure that the community is moving towards. It will also be possible to find, on the sidelines of the Symposium, moments to interact with the speakers of the various sessions, in particular those dedicated to the developments in accelerators, detectors and computing.

Sponsorship Golden PACKAGE: €3500,00 *
Sponsorship package includes:
· Exposure of company logo on the event website with a link to the Company’s web page and to a promotional brochures/leaflet
· One delegate free participation to the symposium
· An exhibit spot with table and chair nearby the highest visibility areas.
o Signage is not included in the package but, on sponsor responsibility and at its expenses, a standing roll up is allowed to be placed near the table.
Sponsorship Silver PACKAGE: €1500,00 *
Sponsorship package includes:
· Exposure of company logo on the event website with a link to the Company’s web page and to a promotional brochures/leaflet
· One delegate free participation to the symposium.
A regular invoice for the payment of the sponsorship will be issued by INFN

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR
Due space constraints, the number of available spots for on-site, sponsors will be limited and they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
The “Contract Form” will be posted here on March 17th. It will have to be filled in, duly signed by the legal representative of the Company and sent by e-mail by April 14th, 2025, to:
