Instructions to follow the Venice Symposium on the European Strategy for Particle Physics remotely
Dear colleagues,
we would like to inform you that in case you cannot be present in person at the Symposium on the European Strategy for Particle Physics in Venice next week, you can follow both the Plenary and the Parallel sessions remotely.
For the Plenary Sessions (Opening session on Monday morning, and all sessions from Tuesday to Friday) a link will be provided via the Symposium web pages on Monday morning, 23rd June:

For the Parallel Sessions on Monday, registration with an institutional email is required to obtain the zoom connection links. If you are interested to follow the parallel sessions, please register before Sunday 22 June 18:00 CERN time via this page:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/1560091/
Please note that both the parallel and the plenary connections are one-way connections, i.e. you will be able to follow the presentations, but will not be able to ask questions.
