Dear Colleague,
the Circular Electron Positron Collider Workshop will have an European edition in Rome, Italy (24-26 May 2018) at the Roma Tre University.
The aim of the workshop is to study the accelerator and the associated detectors, discuss results of detector R&D and plans for future work, promote collaboration with the FCC and linear collider communities, and facilitate the formation of international collaborations. A discussion on the relation of this project with the EU Strategy document will also be included.
This workshop is the first of a series held outside of China on CepC. The workshop is organized by the Università di Roma Tre, INFN (Italian Institute of Nuclear Physics) and IHEP (Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences).
We are pleased to announce that the workshop registration is open. People in need of an invitation letter for VISA application should apply as soon as possible, and not later than 24th of March 2018, following instructions on the conference website.
We invite participants to make their own travel and hotel arrangements. Information regarding suggested hotels in Rome are posted on the website. A limited number of Bed and Breakfast are available for students at special price, please contact the workshop organizers in order to apply for them as described in the accommodation section of the website.
We look forward to seeing you in Rome.
