The conference fee amounts to 150€ (euro). It incudes the cost of the social dinner (including the bus transfer), coffee breaks and organisation expenses. If one or more accompanying persons want to join the social dinner they should pay 50€ for each person.
The fee can be paid in different ways.

Please remember to include in the motivation of the bank transfer payment: “Name, Surname” of the participant and “fee for e-e+collider”.
Please transfer the Total Amount Due in EURO (free of the bank charges for the recipient).
- During the Conference
It will be possible to pay the fee by cash or credit card at the Registration Desk. This payment mode should not be used by those need the invitation letter for their VISA (see also Visa informations section).
