By plane to Pisa or Rome airports, and then using the meeting buses provided.

By train to Piombino Marittima, ferry-boat to Portoferraio. A meeting shuttle will be available upon request to connect participants to the meeting site from the Portoferraio harbor.

By car to Piombino, ferry-boat to Portoferraio, a short drive to La Biodola (10km). Since parking is limited at the Hotel Hermitage, we encourage participants to use the meeting buses as much as possible.

Meeting buses will connect the Meeting site to Roma Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" and to Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei". Below you find a preliminary schedule:

Sunday, May 24th: destination Hotels at Elba
- from Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 11:00
- from Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 14:00
The meeting point for participants is in the Terminal 3 arrivals area, in front of the Information point exiting the baggage claim area (map).
- from Pisa airport "G.Galilei" at 15:30
The meeting point for participants is the area in front of the check-in desks, in the main hall of the airport (map).The journey from Pisa Airport to Isola d'Elba and Roma Airport to Isola d'Elba will take about 3 and 5 hours respectively.

Saturday, May 30th: origin Hotels at Elba
- to Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 6:00 (expected arrival at 12:30)
- to Pisa airport "G.Galilei" at 6:00 - (expected arrival at 10:30)
There will be somebody of the Organizing Committee waiting for you at the meeting points about one hour before the meeting bus departure.
