The workshop will be held in the Area Pontecorvo of the Università di Pisa/INFN and in the Palazzo Gambacorti in Pisa.
Area Pontecorvo and Aula Magna Fratelli Pontecorvo
The Area Pontecorvo is an area of scientific excellence hosting the departments of Physics, Computer Science and Mathematics of the Università di Pisa, and the INFN Sezione di Pisa. In particular, Physics Department is recognized by ANVUR as an Excellence Department (check the page https://www.anvur.it/attivita/dipartimenti/). It has conference and meeting rooms used to host conferences, workshops and general public events.
The Aula Magna Fratelli Pontecorvo will host senior and young talk sessions. It can host up to 200 people, and it is featuring modern audio, video and internet connection.
Palazzo Gambacorti and Sala delle Baleari/Sala Rossa
Palazzo Gambacorti is an historical place, seat of the local administration and one of the most famous buildings in Pisa. The building is located in Lungarno Gambacorti, near the famous Ponte di Mezzo.
The Sala delle Baleari and Sala Rossa, richly decorated and frescoed, are the beautiful rooms that will host our poster and discussion sessions. They will also be the final stage of the guided tour that will take place during the afternoon of the last day.
