The NePSi23 Organizing Committe strongly encourages active participation of young researchers to the workshop, as it is a fundamental ingredient to enrich the scientific community with new ideas.
Since in the last two years the pandemic severely penalized early-stage scientists, limiting their networking activities and the possibility of promoting their own research work, one of the main goals of NePSi23 is to sustain young researcher participation by providing financial support. In particular, we are very happy to announce that we will be able to provide accommodation for a limited number of applicants in a shared room.
To request financial support, applicants must fill the appropriate form and send it to nepsi@df.unipi.it:
Personal data provided in the forms will be processed only for terms of registration to the workshop and for managing your participation, contribution and accommodation, and won't be retained after the end of the workshop.
In addition, student/postdoctoral applicants should also request a statement of support from their thesis advisor/supervisor and send it to nepsi@df.unipi.it in combination with the filled form. All emails should include the following subject line:
[NePSi23Support] Applicant Last Name, Applicant First Name.
The deadline for financial-support applications is January 15th, 2023.
