Micros2009 Symposium Organisers
All manuscripts should be delivered to the conference desk during the Symposium (Verona-Italy, Oct. 25-30, 2009) or sent to the MICROS2009 Organisers (the Conference Secretariat address) not later than December 30, 2009.
►New "Manuscript Submission" deadline: January 15, 2010
All the submitted manuscripts will undergo a reviewing process.
The accepted manuscripts, at the end of the reviewing process, will be sent to the Publisher by the MICROS2009 Organisers.
By agreement between the Publisher and the MICROS2009 Organisers, all Symposium manuscripts should be restricted to:
unless the respective authors are prepared and agree to pay for excess pages.
The cost for extra pages will be £100 per page.
Please complete the “page control form” to show that you agree to pay the charge should your paper exceed the page limit and return it with your manuscript at the Conference desk or sent to the MICROS2009 Organisers.
Please also indicate whether the paper is poster, oral or invited.
After your paper has been accepted, at the end of the reviewing process, please complete the “licence to publish form” and send it to the Conference Organisers together with the final revised manuscript. Then it will be sent to Radiation Protection Dosimetry, Journals Production, Oxford University Press, Great Clarendon Street, Oxford OX2 6DP, UK by the Organizers.

CHECKLIST for AUTHORS
A) Manuscript submission
►New "Manuscript Submission" deadline: January 15, 2010
Manuscripts have to be prepared according to the RPD "Instructions to Authors" (here available)
Authors are asked to deliver to the Conference desk or to Send to the Organisers (also by email at the Conference email address):
1.- one original (complete of tables and figures) of the manuscript (Unformatted version, prepared as in the RPD "Instructions to Authors")
2.- the filled in and signed Radiation Protection Dosimetry "Page Control Form" (here available)
3.- preferably, in additon to the above, one formatted version of the manuscript (prepared by using the template available in the RPD "Instructions to Authors")
-- one original (complete of tables and figures) of the manuscript (Unformatted and formatted versions, prepared as in the RPD "Instructions to Authors"); a complete electronical version of the manuscript (Unformatted and Formatted versions; figures, tables,..) on CD-ROM have to be sent to the Organizers together with the filled in and signed RPD "Page Control Form"
B) After acceptance of the manuscript (following the reviewing process)
The Authors are asked to send to the Organisers at Conference Secretariat address:
-- The revised (final) version of manuscript on the basis of the Referees remarks, on paper and CD-Rom
-- The filled in and signed Radiation Protection Dosimetry "Licence to publish"
-- The revised filled in and signed Radiation Protection Dosimetry "Page Control Form" (here available), if necessary
