Hotel “San Marco”, conference site, and all the other selected Symposium Hotels are located in Verona city, at walking distance from downtown city.
Participants are kindly invited to fill in the online “Hotel Accommodation Form” (here available), print and fax it not later than September 15, 2009, to:

In filling in the online “Hotel Accommodation Form”, all foreseen procedure steps are requested:
- Type all requested details in the form
- Print the form by using the button “PRINT” inserted on the 2nd page of the form, sign and send it by fax
- Important: In clicking on the button “PRINT” on the form, in parallel to the printing, an automatic procedure will be activated to send a copy of the filled form by email to MICROS2009 Conference Secretariat for internal use. To allow the success of the email sending, it will be necessary to answer positively to the questions will appear on the computer monitor.

The prices indicated are per room per night in Euro and include breakfast, service charges and VAT, as negotiated by the Travel Agency Leonardi.

A number of rooms have been reserved at the various hotels at special prices, therefore it is recommended to make reservations as early as possible.
Due to the high presence of tourists, accommodation and prices are not guaranteed after the deadline, September 15, 2009.
Note: Hotel Booking will be performed on a “first come, first served” basis.
Hotel Payment and Cancellation Policy:
To secure the Hotel room reservation the pre-payment of the cost of the entire booked period is required.

Final payments for additional personal expenses must be made directly to the Hotel prior to checking out.
