The LEAPS2022 Conference will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba, Italy. Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage and in Hotel Biodola (walking distance from Hotel Hermitage, see map). Reservation will be managed from the Conference Secretariat through the registration form. Hotel Receptions will not accept any other ways of reservations.
Here are special rates for:
- Treatment of B&B (IN May 15 - OUT May 20, 2022) for Delegates, as the Conference fee covers meals;
- Treatment of Full-Board for companions.

Lunches and Dinners for participants staying at the Biodola Hotel and Hermitage Hotel, will be served at the Hotel Hermitage. Only Breakfast will be served at the assigned hotel.
Participants staying in a different Hotel (self accommodation) will have Breakfast and Dinners at the own Hotel, except for the social dinner that will be served at the Hotel Hermitage on Wednesday 18.
The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies.
We have only a limited number of single rooms, so we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the requests.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a few days before the meeting.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site by 1st March 2022. For cancellations or changes after the end of April, please contact the LEAPS2022 Conference Secretariat as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests or no-shows.
