Hotel Accommodation The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba. Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage, in Hotel Biodola in the bay of La Biodola, and at Hotel del Golfo in the bay of Procchio. You can see their location on this map. A shuttle service will be guarantee to conference participants staying at Hotel del Golfo in correspondence with the scientific and social programme. More details will be provided later on. Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are the following:
Lunch for all participants will be served at the Hotel Hermitage. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the assigned hotel except for the evening of the Social Dinner (Thursday, May 31st) that will be served at the Hotel Hermitage. To reserve your hotel accommodation, please fill the Registration Form. The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the Hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies, EC and traveler’s checks. We have only a limited number of single rooms, so we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the requests. We cannot as well guarantee to satisfy your hotel choice. We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a couple of weeks before the meeting. Changes and cancellations Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before the closing date of Tuesday April 3rd. For cancellations or changes after the registration deadline, please contact the Meeting Organization as soon as possible to avoid Hotel charges. |

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
