Please, take notice that Invited Talks are given 25' for presentation + 5' for discussion, whereas the time allotted for Contributed Oral Presentations is 17' for presentation + 3' for discussion.
Powerpoint presentations must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 version. No earlier MS Office versions will be supported. Mac users must make it sure that their presentation file be compatible with Windows Powerpoint version.
Authors are invited to submit a pdf version of their presentation as a backup too.
A preview/testing computer is available for speakers in the Proceedings Office of the Conference.
Speakers are requested to upload their presentation files in the Proceedings Office not later than 11 a.m. of the day before their presentation. In particular, speakers scheduled for oral presentations on Monday 8, shall have to either send their presentation electronically during the week preceding the Conference or, at the latest, deliver it at the Proceedings Office on Sunday, June 7, from 17:00 to 19:00.
Please note that all speakers must give their presentations from the computer system set up in the session room. Use of individual laptops cannot be accommodated. Transparencies for overhead projectors are not permitted.

The poster dimensions must not exceed 90cm(width)x120cm(height) – 35,43”(width)x 47,24”(height).
HIAT will host a single poster session from Monday 8 to Wednesday 10.
All posters should be placed within 14:30 of Monday June 8th and removed starting from 18:30 of Wednesday June 10th. They have to be manned by presenters on Monday 8 and Wednesday 10, from 17:00 to 18:30. In those cases where presenters have two or more posters, they are requested to split their time equally between them. Any poster not removed by 19:00 on June 10 will be removed by conference staff and discarded.
Manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered to be posters, and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
