A registration fee of 800 EUR (including taxes) will be required to attend the event.
Only accepted participants will be required to pay the fee.
The fee will cover: all meals and social events (welcome cocktail, lunches, dinners, cheese and wine during poster session, coffee breaks and conference kit), excursion, shuttle buses and ferry tickets for the transfer to and from La Biodola Bay.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, paypal, or bank transfer
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying.
Cancellation and Refund policy
Before 31 March 2023: a refund of 700 EUR will be issued to participants requesting cancellation (i.e. a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will apply).
After 31 March 2023: no refund is possible.
Cancellations requests must be sent by email (leaps2023@desy.de) to the Organizing Committee.
Registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fee.
