The EuroNNAc Special Topics Workshop will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba (Italy). Participants will be accommodated in the following hotels: Hotel Hermitage and Hotel Biodola.
Hotel Casa Rosa is offered at a discount rate designed to accommodate students.

Reservation will be managed by the Conference Secretariat through the indico registration form. Hotel Receptions will not accept any other ways of reservations.
Please note that the following special rates are intended only during the Workshop dates (18-24 Sept. 2022). If you need extra nights, please contact the Conference Secretariat for availability and rates.

Students
All students, winners of a grant, will be hosted in Hotel Casa Rosa at a special rate of 47,00€/day (double/triple room) paid by the Conference.

Conditions
The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies.
We have only a limited number of single rooms, so we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the requests.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a few days before the meeting.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site by 31st August 2022. For cancellations or changes after 31st August, please contact the EuroNNAc ST Workshop Secretariat as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests or no-shows.
