The workshop will be held in the Aula Magna of the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Sciences (DSA3) of the University of Perugia (Italy).
The conference venue is part of the monumental complex of the San Pietro Abbey in Perugia (POINT 1 in the map), which is located in the southern part of the historic city center and within a walking distance of many restaurants, hotels, and B&B.
