Accommodation Information

Hotel Accommodation

The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba. Participants will be accommodated in the following hotels: Hotel Hermitage, Hotel Biodola, Hotel Golfo, Hotel Casa Rosa and Hotel Danila or other hotel of same category, all within walking distance (except Hotel Golfo, 6km away, shuttle bus connection provided). Hotel Danila and Casa Rosa are offered at a discount rate designed to accommodate students on tight travel budgets.

The Workshop Secretariat will take care of hotel accommodations and will send hotel confirmation at the end of August.


Please note -> due the large number of applications received we strongly reccommend attendees to share double rooms.

Prices are intented per person Bed&Breakfast treatment, meals are included in the registration fee.

Breakfast will be served at the assigned hotel.

For Accompanying Persons

Prices are intented per person Full Board treatment. No registration fee is expected for accompany persons and they can participate in all social events.

Conditions

The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the Hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies, EC and traveler’s checks.
We have only a limited number of single rooms, so we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the requests.
We cannot as well guarantee to satisfy your hotel choice.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants duly in advance. 

Changes and cancellations

Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before the closing date of Monday, August 21st. For cancellations or changes after the registration deadline, please contact the Meeting Organization as soon as possible to avoid Hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests.
