Student Grants to support the attendance of the EAAC2017 Workshop will be available for selected students.
Master and PhD students are eligible for this grant that will cover the hotel expenses and grant them the full registration fee.
Those wishing to apply should tick the appropriate box in the Application Form to be filled by May 26th, and should send by e-mail an informal application letter, a CV and a confirmation letter of their status signed by their tutor to the Chairs of the Organizing Committee.
The decision about the requested grants will be made known to the applicants by June 19th. The evaluation committee will decide if supported students are expected to present a poster or a talk on their work. Then a Committee will select the three best posters.
As an integral part of the EAAC workshop, two dedicated poster sessions had been organized to give especially younger colleagues and PhD students the opportunity to present their work to the larger audience of the workshop.
Out of 90 posters three have been selected for a special prize in order to acknowledge an important contribution, presented in an outstanding poster.
The three winners of the EAAC 2017 poster prize are:
Niels Delbos, DESY Hamburg
Alisa Healy, Cockcroft Institute
We congratulate our colleagues for this award.
Poster Size: portrait, width 70 cm, height 100 cm.
ID, title, author and WG will appear in each panel to easily identify where to attach your poster.
