The EAAC2017 Workshop will take place in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba.
Lying only 10 km from the mainland, Elba is the largest island in the Tuscan Archipelago and has become an internationally famous tourist resort. It offers a large number of attractions, hiking and climbing itineraries, bike trails and wonderful beaches. The excellent accommodation structures make it an ideal place to merge together, work, study and relax.
The EAAC2017 Workshop sessions will start in the morning of Monday, September 25th and finish in the evening of Friday, September 29th, 2017.
Sunday, September 24th is devoted to the Virtual Institute Annual Meeting (restricted attendance).
Saturday, September 30th is devoted to the EuroNNAC3 Network Meeting (restricted attendance).
The daily work schedule will be concentrated in the morning and in the afternoon allowing a few hours around lunch time to relax, sunbathe, or swim.
Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, September 24th and depart on Saturday, September 30th. See the Travel Information section on the left menu for more details.
Social events
A Welcome Cocktail will be offered in the late afternoon of Sunday, September 24th at 7:30PM at Hotel Hermitage.
A Social Dinner will be offered on Thursday, September 28th at Maitù Restaurant at Hotel Hermitage with dance.
The Meeting Organization will be happy to provide information to participants and companions wishing to visit the island.
