Description
The Laser Ion Generation, Handling and Transport (LIGHT) collaboration makes a significant impact in the field of laser-driven ion acceleration. Within this collaboration, laser-driven ion acceleration is combined with conventional accelerator technology (see talk). One research topic within the LIGHT project is the improvement of the beam homogeneity and demonstrate the proton imaging capability.
First results will be presented on the poster.
