The capacity of the School is limited to 55 students on a first-come-first-served base.
All participant of the School will be accommodated in the Hotel Slavija Garni http://www.slavijahotel.com/slavijahotel/slavijalux/indexluxe.php, which is located in the city center. Participants are requested to fill the hotel reservation form at the web site of the Hotel. Staying at Hotel Slavija Garni is recommended for all the participants. In order to make profit from the reduced Hotel rates for the School the access booking code “geant4“ should be used (double room - single use is 42 € per night and double room - double use is 55 € per night, + 1.3 € tax per night in both cases) .
The dead line to book a room in the Hotel is September 23rd, 2016.
Bus transport will be provided every morning and evening from/to the hotel.
