Description

We discuss the current status of the theoretical prediction for the muon anomalous magnetic moment in Standard Model. Recent developments in estimation of hadronic vacuum polarization are described based on measurements of e+ e− → hadrons cross section in Novosibirsk and Beijing as well as those with ISR at KLOE, BaBar and Belle. We also briefly review expectations for experiment and theory in close future.
