Description
In this talk, I discuss the emergence of clustering in ab initio nuclear lattice simulations. The spectrum and the structure of the 12C and 16O nuclei are displayed. I also consider some issues related to the breaking of rotational symmetry in alpha cluster-models and show how these lattice artifacts can be tamed.
