Conference Proceedings

The RICAP-14 Proceedings will be publishedby EDP Sciences on a dedicated issue of EPJ Web of Conferences.

Deadlines for submission of papers are the following:

• submission of papers, January 15 2015;
• reviewing of papers, February 15 2015;
• submission of all papers to EPJ, February 28 2015.

Length of papers:

• Talks in the Plenary Sessions, up to 8 pages;
• Talks in the Parallel Sessions, up to 5 pages;
• Poster presentations, up to 3 pages.

Submission of papers, as well as all the following evaluation process, will be managed through a dedicated web page set up by EPJ for the Conference.

Links to download the templates in Word and LaTeX are provided on the login page of the system (bottom left). You can also directly go to the EPJ Web of Conferences - Instructions for Authors page. Please, use the one column format.
For each paper, authors will have to provide:

• the source file;
• good quality figures;
• a pdf file of the paper;
• a scal of the signed license agreement.
