The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section B (Elsevier B.V.).
The articles will be published open access for 6 months after the publication and free for everyone to read and download .
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Authors of accepted contributions are invited to submit manuscripts for publication.
Invited Contributions: maximum 6 pages
Regular Contributions: maximum 4 pages
Papers will be peer reviewed and should be prepared following the Guide for Authors of the NIM B.
Deadline for manuscripts submission: 25 July 2014 .

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue of NIM B, it is important that authors select "SI: ICNMTA2014" in the “Article Type” and "Section/Category" steps in the submission process.

POSTER PREPARATION
Posters should be presented in A0 portrait format (841 × 1189 mm). Posters can be affixed on Monday July 7 from 15:00 to 18:00 in the Agorà of the Centro Culturale San Gaetano or on Tuesday July 8, from 8.00 to 16.00, prior to the poster session.
They have to be removed by 12:00 o’clock of Friday, July 11. The boards for displaying posters will be marked with a poster code. Please, check in the Book of Abstracts the code given to your poster.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Speakers are kindly requested to check the time allotted for their talk in the Conference programme. The updated programme, including the last minute changes, may be downloaded here.
All speakers are asked to transfer their presentations (MS Power Point or PDF) one day before their talk or early in the morning. The Conference room is equipped with a personal computer with Microsoft © Windows 7, Office Professional 2013 , Acrobat Reader XI.
Technical assistance will be provided on site for the whole duration of the Conference.
