Every morning, Delegates using Conference transportation to the Conference venue will be met in Piazza Stesicoro (see the map here). Buses will leave at 7.45 am on June, 22nd and at 8.00 am from June, 23rd to 26th. Another shuttle will meet Participants staying at Hotel Nettuno, Excelsior and Bellini, which are not located downtown.
Participants will be dropped in front of the Department of Physics and Astronomy (see the map of the University Science and Engineering Campus). There, Plenary sessions (in the morning) and parallel sessions (in the afternoon) will be held. Maps of the ground floor, first and second floor are available at these links (ground, first, second).
Half of the parallel sessions are held at the Laboratori Nazionali del Sud, accessible from the Department through an internal corridor. The parallel sessions are organized at the Laboratori Main Hall, at the Aula Azzurra and at Aula 52.
