For this conference, the LOC through “Primiero Iniziative” has temporarily reserved, until March 10, some rooms in various hotels listed below in Fiera di Primiero.
In case you are not interested in booking one of these rooms, since the conference period is still in high tourist season, we recommend you to make the reservation as soon as possible.
Instead, if you are interested in booking a room among those listed below, we indicate here two possible methods that you can use
1) Write an email to info@primiero.com with the subject "Learning the deep mysteries of nature with cosmology"
In this case, you should indicate in the text of the email: dates, choice of hotel and type of room. Then Primiero Iniziative will request all the necessary and/or missing data.
For reservations via email: payments will be requested by bank transfer.
2) Enter the request on website www.primieroiniziative.it on the Soggiorni page (https://primieroiniziative.it/soggiorni/)
As soon as Primiero Iniziative has confirmation of your request, it will put your choice online.
Moreover, Primiero Iniziative has informed us that the form is already prepared, always leaving the possibility of additional notes.
For reservations via the website: payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card directly to the Primiero Iniziative.
Finally, since there are not many rooms available, we advise PhD students to share a double room in a hotel of their choice.

IMPORTANT notes:
1. The prices and conditions described above may be subject to change in the event of an increase in VAT.
2. The rates have been updated based on current forecasts for the proposed period. If there are factors that will affect the local/global level and cannot be foreseen at this time, we will take care of submitting any price updates, which you will evaluate based on the needs of the participants and the rules of the stay packages.
3. The tourist tax is always excluded and must be paid on site (€2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights, from 14 years of age).
Exemptions are provided for disabled people and other subjects listed on the website www.trentinoriscossioni.it, where you can download the form to fill in and deliver to the hotel reception.
Cancellations and penalties:
- For cancellations communicated within a period between:
1. from 29 to 21 days before arrival → penalty 20%
2. from 20 to 15 days before arrival → penalty 30%
3. from 14 to 8 days before arrival → penalty 60%
4. less than 7 days → penalty 80%
5. no-show and early departure → penalty 100%
- The amount of the penalty will be deducted from the amount of the deposit/balance. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the amount of the penalty, the Contractor undertakes to pay Primiero Iniziative any difference.
- In case the person being picked up is in a double room and the roommate remains unpaired, or it is not possible to find another roommate, the DUS supplement will be applied and will be paid by the person being picked up (or the single supplement if this type is available)
