WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Pre-registrations will open on November 29, 2024, and close on January 12, 2025.
WORKSHOP FEE
Fee Payment, by February 28th: 600,00€
The fee will cover: all event services, social events (including Castello Aragonese Guided Tour), shuttle buses to and from Hotel Continental on 13 and 19 April 2025.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, paypal, or bank transfer.
STORNO INFN (INFN participants only)
Fee Payment via STORNO, by February 25th: 600,00€
The registration fee for those who are travelling with "missione INFN" will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites (Storno tra strutture) only using INFN own resources. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. Further information can be obtained from the local INFN administrative offices.
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying.
For all Participants the fee includes the social dinner (Thursday, April 17th). Companions who wish to join the dinner will need to pay an extra charge of €50.00 directly to the Hotel.
