HOTEL RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN
LPAW 2025 will take place at Hotel Continental Ischia, where we have blocked a limited number of rooms at special rates for the workshop (before or after the workshop days, the hotel standard rates for the season will be applied).
Reservation will be managed by Participants directly with the hotel once the pre-registration has been accepted and until 13 March 2025, subject to room availability.
The following rates are per person, per night and inclusive of full-board and VAT.

Rates for 3rd/4th bed:
- children under 2 years = free
- children within 2 and 12 years = 70,00€
- over 12 years = 100,00€
For the guests of Hotel Continental, the above rates include:
- full-board (from the welcome cocktail of Sunday April 13th to the lunch of Saturday April 19th)
- 1 beach towel and 1 bathrobe per guest

1 bottle of water per guest/day from the minibar in the guest room
- 2 sunbeds and umbrella at the outdoor pool
- access to the 4 thermal pools and SPA (from 2 PM to 4 PM)
- internet wi-fi in the public areas and in the rooms
- 10% discount on the SPA and beauty treatments
There is also the possibility of therapeutic treatments in convention with the ASL (local health agency). For more information contact the hotel.
The rates do not include the city tax of 3,00€/day/person.
For all Participants staying at Hotel Continental the social dinner (Thursday, April 17th) is included. Companions who wish to join the dinner will need to pay an extra charge of €50.00 directly to the Hotel.
Participants not staying at Hotel Continental are invited to check the conditions listed below in this page.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
IMPORTANT: The reservation must be done by the Hotel Reservation Form to be sent by e-mail to the hotel (booking@hotelcontinentalischia.it).
Attention: Reservations must be done by filling and sending the above reservation form. DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the web page of the Continental Hotel or other hotel booking web sites, since in this case the normal rates for the season may be applied (instead of the reduced workshop rates).
The deposit of 1 night is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation by the Hotel Continental.
For participants who will stay in different hotels the costs of the meals are the ones listed below:
- Buffet lunches 25,00 Euros each meal per person. For children under 2 years old, lunches will be served à la carte (no fixed price)
- Dinners (including Welcome Cocktail on Sunday, April 13th and Aperitivo Dinner on Wednesday, April 16th) 35,00 Euros each meal per person. For children under 2 years old, dinners will be served à la carte (no fixed price)
- Social Dinner 30,00 Euros for participant and 80,00 Euros for the accompanying person. For children under 2 years old, the social dinner will be served à la carte (no fixed price). The cost for children from 2 to 12 years old is 25,00 Euros (menu for children).
