Registrations are open at this link with rates that are different depending on different categories and time intervals as reported in the following table.

Participants wishing to stay at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, the official venue of the 12ICI, can book their room directly through the registration portal. Additional information reported below.

There will be some financial support for registered Early Careeer Scientists (graduate Students, PhD Students, and postdocs under 38 years of age at the start of the conference.). More informations will follow.

Registration fees for Member, Non-Member and Students will include:
 
• Admission to all working sessions and exhibition area
• Conference bag, admission to Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Technical Tour
• Coffee breaks, lunches and refreshments
 
 
Registration fee will not include:
 
• Transfers and accommodation: participants wishing to stay at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, the official venue of the 12ICI, can book their room directly through the registration portal.
 
 
Student Registration

 

Students must provide proof of their student status in English (student ID, enrollment confirmation, a letter from their supervisor). Student cards must disply an expiration date. 

Accepted format: PDF, Word document or PNG file (to be uploaded during registration).

Welcome Reception

Conference Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony

Accommodation at the Conference Venue

Participants wishing to stay at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, the official venue of the 12ICI, can book their room directly through the registration portal

Special rates for conference attendants are available:

  • Single room: 154 euros (VAT included)
  • Double room: 174 euros (VAT included)

Reservation includes breakfast. The price do not include the city tax that must be payed upon arrival.

Hotel booking is available:

  • during the registration process, or

  • later, by accessing the registration portal again using the email and password received upon registration.

The Grand Hotel Mediterraneo is located along the Arno River and hosts both the scientific sessions and the accommodation of most participants, ensuring maximum convenience and networking opportunities.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:
  • Wire transfer (net of bank charges)
  • Credit card (MasterCard and Visa only)
 

Cancellation Policy

 
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email info@newcongress.it.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original registration.
 
  • Cancellations received by December 20, 2025 → 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
  • Cancellations received by December 21, 2025 → 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received after January 15, 2026 → No refund will be issued.
 
The Organizing Secretariat will process refunds after the congress, deducting a €50 administrative fee. Refunds will also be subject to bank transfer costs.
