Participants wishing to stay at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, the official venue of the 12ICI, can book their room directly through the registration portal. Additional information reported below.

Financial Support for Participants from Developing Countries
A limited number of financial contributions is available to support authors of accepted abstracts from developing countries.
Interested participants are kindly invited to contact the Organising Committee at 12ici@mi.infn.it as early as possible.
Support requests will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of funds.

Welcome Reception

Conference Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony

Accommodation at the Conference Venue
Participants wishing to stay at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, the official venue of the 12ICI, can book their room directly through the registration portal.
Special rates for conference attendants are available:
- Single room: 134 euros (VAT included)
- Double room: 154 euros (VAT included)
Reservation includes breakfast. The price do not include the city tax (7,00 euro per night) that must be payed upon arrival.
Hotel booking is available:

later, by accessing the registration portal again using the email and password received upon registration.
The Grand Hotel Mediterraneo is located along the Arno River and hosts both the scientific sessions and the accommodation of most participants, ensuring maximum convenience and networking opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email info@newcongress.it.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original registration.
- Cancellations received by January 10, 2026 → 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations received by January 31, 2025 → 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after February 1, 2026 → No refund will be issued.
The Organizing Secretariat will process refunds after the congress, deducting a €50 administrative fee. Refunds will also be subject to bank transfer costs.
