During GraSP 2024, there will be several social events, including a welcoming aperitif, a social dinner, and the Virgo Tour, which is a visit to the EGO site, the European Gravitation Observatory which hosts the Virgo Interferometer.
To help us plan accordingly, please fill out the following survey by Friday, October 4th, at 23:59.
- Welcoming Aperitif
The welcoming aperitif will be held at the -2 floor of Building C, on Wednesday, October 23rd during the first poster session.
- Social Dinner
The social dinner will be held at the restaurant La clessidra, Piazzetta Luciano Lischi, 26/30, Via del Castelletto, 26, 56126 Pisa PI, on Thursday, October 24th, at 8:00 PM.
- Virgo Tour
The meeting point to reach the EGO site is at Via Contessa Matilde, on Saturday, October 26, at 8:15 AM.
The transportation to and from the EGO site is provided by the EGO consortium.
