- The available dimensions account for a width of 1200 mm or 47.2 inches.
This roughly corresponds to either a A0 size sheet in the portrait orientation or A1 size sheet with landscape orientation.
- The posters session will be on Monday late afternoon during the Welcome drink.
- Before the drink with the poster session, we have foreseen a very quick introduction to the posters. This gives the presenters the opportunity to tell everyone “Come and see my poster!”.
- So the idea is that you introduce yourself, the title of the poster and, in a very concise way, its content. This should last one minute or so.
- Therefore we would like to ask you to prepare one single slide which contains your name, the poster title and maybe a nice plot taken from it.
- We’ll collect all these slides in a single presentation, to speed up the introduction. And then each of you will come on stage and present the slide.
- We would like to ask you to send us such slide by Sunday 15th (to mario.jose.da.cunha.sargedas.de.sousa@cern.ch and claudia.gemme@cern.ch ) .
