Submission deadline
Besides a series of invited talks, there will be room for a limited number of proposed talks of 30 min (including discussions).
Proposing a talk
If you want to propose yourself as a contributor for a talk, please click on the button "Submit an abstract" here below and fill in the form that appears. Please, closely follow the instructions that are shown in a pop-up window by clicking on "Submission instruction" at the top of the form.
Selection procedure
As the place available for talks is limited and to check that the proposed contributions are in line with the scientific topics of the workshop, we shall proceed to a selection of proposals. It will take place soon after the deadline.
The selection criteria for talks will be the following (in order of importance):
- relevance of the proposed talk to the main topics of the Workshop;
- younger speakers will be given precedence.
Results of the selection will be communicated to the interested people by e-mail. Soon after, the definitive program will be published on the Web page of the workshop. Details will be circulated a few days after the deadline.
After the deadline, you can still modify the title and abstract fields. However, if you make changes to your title/abstract after this date, your new proposal must undergo re-examination by the scientific board.
Micro-proceedings and Slides collection
- A collection of titles/abstracts of the presented talks will be published on the Web and also in a little booklet to be distributed to the participants.
- We plan to make available the pdf (or ppt) files of the slides of the talks and create a sort of Web Proceedings of the Conference. You will be asked during the workshop to write down your permission to make this files public.
Proceedings - At the time of writing the present notes, we have not yet decided if there will be any proceedings of the Workshop. The very limited budget at our disposal strongly discourages this possibility. We shall keep our participants informed.
