The School is organised by Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro and INFN Sezione di Bari, with the support of Regione Puglia, in continuity with the Quantum Workshops held every two years in Turin.

The School is oriented to PhD students, master students and young researchers, and aims to provide a privileged vision of quantum optical technologies, from quantum imaging and metrology to quantum communication, computing, and simulation, with both a theoretical and an experimental perspective.

The School is dedicated to prof. Franco Selleri, who has started the research on the foundations of quantum mechanics in the Physics Department of Bari.

Poster sessions will be held on September 18th, 20th and 21st September. Please check the allocation of presenters in the three sessions in the dedicated page. The preferred poster size is vertical B1 (70 cm width, 100 cm height).

Accommodation, logistics and local organization will be managed by the association Palazzo delle Arti Beltrani.

You will be contacted by Palazzo delle Arti Beltrani for confirmation about the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the organization of transports to and from the airport. Notice that the transport service will have an extra cost.

Registrants selected for fellowships and support will be shortly contacted via email.

Please finalize your registration.

- Applicants who have received the fellowship need to finalize their registration by filling the form they have received by email and sending it back to us as soon as possible, but no later than April 22nd. After this date, your application will be cancelled and the fellowship will be reassigned to shortlisted applicants.
- All other participants need to proceed with the payment of the registration fee no later than April 22nd. Instructions for payment can be found in the "Payment" page on the School website: https://agenda.infn.it/event/21449/page/6451-payment
- Only for participants who have been shortlisted for the fellowship (as communicated by private email), the deadline for registration is April 26th.

We kindly ask you to promptly inform us if you plan to change the dates of your stay or to cancel your participation. Please notice that both fellowship and financial support can only be assigned to participants attending the entire School.
