A limited number of partial or full waivers for the registration fee or the hotel costs will be provided.
Students are invited to submit their request by filling this FORM not later than March 1, 2019.
Requests must be supported by a letter from the supervisor, sent to gminus2@pi.infn.it. A single letter may be submitted to support multiple requests.
If the application is accepted, the conference fee will be fully waived and the hotel cost reduced to 700 euros/week.
