Meeting bus transportation details
The conference fee includes free transportation from Rome to La Biodola and back as detailed in the following.
From Roma Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport (FCO) to La Biodola
SUNDAY May 26th
- BUS # 1 departure at 10:30 AM
- BUS # 2 departure at 14:00 PM
The meeting point for participants is at the Arrivals area -Terminal 3 (after baggage claim) in front of the exit door No. 1
There will be somebody from the Organizing Committee waiting for you at the meeting point about one hour before the first bus departure.
For participants who do not travel with the conference bus a the conference minibus
will be available upon request from Ferry arrival at Portoferraio harbor to the Hotel Hermitage, calling the conference desk +39 334 8998639 (mobile).
From La Biodola to Leonardo Vinci Fiumicino airport (FCO)
