The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba.
We agreed with Hotel Hermitage a special full-board rate, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and therefore we recommend that all participants be accomodated as well in Hotel Hermitage. Please note that if you choose an alternative accomodation, the conference lunches at Hotel Hermitage will cost € 40.00 per lunch.
Hotel fees, which include full board accommodation in a double room, are as follows. There is a supplement if a single room is requested. A special rate for students will be applied, as specified in the section "Support for students/young reasearchers".

Since there is a limited number of single rooms, it may not be possible to accept all requests.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a few days before the beginning of the meeting.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site until Tuesday, April 30th. For cancellations or changes after the end of April, please contact the meeting organization (gminus2@pi.infn.it) as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests.
