Malpensa Express - A direct train connects Malpensa Airport to Cadorna Railway Station and Centrale Railway Station every 30 minutes. Both end stations are in Milano Downtown and they are connected to the Milano Subway network.

Malpensa Shuttle - This is a bus service connecting Malpensa Airport to Milano Central Railway Station, connected to the Milano Subway network.
