Registration and Payment details

The registration will be accepted until May 7, 2018.

After a successful registration, an email of acknowledgment will be received.

The cost of the registration fee (including VAT), which must be paid in Euros(€) by bank transfer or credit card, is:

The participants registration fee includes attendance to all technical sessions, daily coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, cultural event and conference dinner. 

The Registration is not definitive until payment is received.


If you do not complete the process with your payment, you are not registered.

On-line payment: payments can be made after filling the online registration form.

Please make a separate payment for the Accompanying Persons Fee indicating their Name/s and Surname/s.

Bank Transfers must be free of charges for the Recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.

In case registration fees are not credited on time to the conference account, participants are advised to bring with them a copy of their proof of payment (bank transfer or other justification) or their acknowledgement of receipt.


Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to the QPTn9-2018 Secretariat (

•	Registrations cancelled before May 7, 2018 will be charged by 10% of the full fee for administrative costs.
•	Registrations cancelled from May 8, 2018 will be charged by 30% of the full fee.

After May 22, 2018, the fee cannot be refund.
