The participants registration fee includes attendance to all technical sessions, daily coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, cultural event and conference dinner. The Registration is not definitive until payment is received. PAYMENT INFORMATION If you do not complete the process with your payment, you are not registered. CANCELLATION and FEE REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to the QPTn9-2018 Secretariat (qptn9@pd.infn.it).
• Registrations cancelled before May 7, 2018 will be charged by 10% of the full fee for administrative costs.
• Registrations cancelled from May 8, 2018 will be charged by 30% of the full fee.
After May 22, 2018, the fee cannot be refund.
