Registration fees
The fee includes welcome cocktail, 5 coffee breaks, 2 lunches, Abstracts published in the journal "Physica Medica".

Visa Documentation Letter
Visa support letters are available upon request to the conference email adrress. Visa letters will only be issued to presenters and attendees who have paid their registration fee before their request.

- Complete registration 500 EUR
- Student registration 200 EUR (before 15 July 2017)
- Student registration 250 EUR (after 15 July 2017)
- On-site registration 550 EUR
- Conference Dinner 50 EUR (optional)

Cancellations and Refunds
For consideration, cancellations must be received by email request to the Conference email address by September 30, 2017. Approved refunds (less a 50 EUR administrative fee in case of cancellation before July 15, 2017, or less a 75 EUR administrative fee in case of cancellation after July 15, 2017) will be issued after October 30, 2017. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 30, 2017.
