Grants
Student Grants to support attending the EAAC2015 Workshop will be available for selected students.
Master and PhD students are eligible for this grant that will cover the hotel expenses and grant them the full registration fee.
Those wishing to apply should tick the appropriate box in the Application/Registration Form, and should send by e-mail an informal application letter, a CV and a confirmation letter of their status signed by their tutor to the Chairs of the Organizing Committee.
The decision about the requested grants will be made known to the applicants by June 30th. Supported students are expected to present a poster on their work. A Committee will select the three best posters and will present a copy of the book Unifying Physics of Accelerators, Lasers and Plasma written by A. Seryi to the winners.

on Monday 14 from 7:30p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - WG1-WG2-WG3-WG4
on Wednesday 16 from 7:30 p.m to 08:30 p.m. WG5-WG6-WG7
Poster Size: portrait, width 70 cm, height 100 cm.
ID, title, author and WG will appear in each panel to easily identify where to attach your poster.
