Proceedings
The editors of the EAAC2013 proceedings are Jens Osterhoff (DESY), Ralph Assmann (DESY), Massimo Ferrario (INFN-LNF), and Arnd Specka (École Polytechnique).
Publication
The proceedings will be published in a peer-reviewed special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A (NIMA).
Suitable referees for all contributions are appointed by the editors.
This special issue will be accessible online and be printed as a soft cover book with a tentative release date at the end of this year. The first author of each accepted proceedings paper will receive a printed issue free of charge.
Manuscript preparation and submission
All manuscripts are due the latest on August 31, 2013 at 6pm CET. Manuscripts submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.
Please, use the NIMA LaTeX template for manuscript preparation, which can be downloaded here.
Submission is possible from now on via the NIMA web interface.
To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the EAAC 2013 special issue, it is important to select "Special Issue: EAAC2013" in the "Article Type" step during the submission process.
Also, please consider that figures will be published as colour online only and black & white in the printed version.
Each manuscript should not exceed a maximum length of 7 pages.
