Welcome Party: Monday 11th
On March 11th the Local Organizing Committee will be pleased to welcome all participants with a drink and some bites.
The welcome drink will be held at Palazzo Franchetti, soon after the registration, that will take place from 3pm to 7pm.
Visit to "Scuola Grande S. Rocco": Tuesday 12th
a visit to the beautiful "Scuola Grande S. Rocco" is planned for Tuesday 12th from 7.30pm to 8.30pm
This is a unique occasion to enter one of the most exclusive cultural site of the city, where one can admire the finest tradition of the Italian painting, architecture and culture.
Social Dinner: Wednesday 13th
The social dinner will be held on Wednesday 13th, at the "Ca' Vendramin Calergi", one of the most beautiful Restaurants in Venice, located at the upper floor of the "Casinò' di Venezia". This elegant location has been the home residence of Wagner from September 1882 to February 1883, when he died on February 13th.
Dinner Time From 8.00pm to 11.00pm
Jacket required
After dinner, there will be given the possibility to visit the casino' but only after going through the security control at the management desk. Strict national rules must be respected before entering the "game house" for security and privacy reasons. ID exhibition is requested.
Poster Party: Thursday 14th
An informal party with "wine and cheese" will take place on Thursday 14th, during the poster session, at palazzo Franchetti, approximately from 7pm to 9pm. It will be the occasion to view the posters and discuss them together with the authors.

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
