A considerable number of rooms have been pre-booked at special rates in various hotels, all at a walking distance from the site of the conference (see map).
Rooms will be available until the indicated dead line, on "first come, first served basis" and should be confirmed directly by the participants. No guarantee of availability is given, after the indicated dates.
Confirmation of rooms should be made by contacting directly the hotels or, where it occurs, by sending via fax the attached form, fully filled and duly signed.
