Support Request
The Workshop Organisers can support a limited number of early‑career researchers by offering reduced registration fees or full fee waivers.
Eligibility
The support is exclusively for early‑career researchers, defined as students (Bachelor, Master, or PhD students) or postdoctoral researchers who obtained their PhD within the past five years. Interruptions such as maternity or sick leave are not counted toward the five‑year period.
Reference Letter Requirement
A reference letter, usually from your supervisor, is required to support your application. The reference letter should confirm your eligibility as an early‑career researcher, explain why the support is important for your participation and briefly highlight your context and achievements relevant to the workshop.
Workshop Registration
When completing the Workshop Registration form, please select the appropriate fee category. However, do not proceed with payment until you have received the outcome of your support request. If your application is approved, the registration fee will be adjusted accordingly, and you will then be invited to complete the payment, if required.
Data Privacy Statement
The information collected through this form will be used solely to evaluate your Support Request and manage the associated application process. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by administrative procedures related to the event. All data will be stored securely and deleted after the conclusion of the Workshop. By submitting this form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for these purposes.

Please note that submitting a Support Request does not guarantee approval. All requests will be evaluated fairly and decisions will be made once funding availability is confirmed.
