Invitation Letter Request
The Workshop organisers can provide an official invitation letter upon request to registered participants who require it for visa purposes. Please note that processing the invitation letter may take up to four weeks. To submit your request, kindly complete the dedicated Invitation Letter Request form.
Reference Letter Requirement
Please note that in order to process your invitation letter request, we require a reference letter from the head of your affiliated institute (e.g. department head, director, supervisor). The letter should confirm your affiliation and support your participation in the Workshop. You will be asked to upload a copy of this reference letter when completing the Invitation Letter Request form.
Data Privacy Statement
The information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of issuing an official invitation letter for visa application to attend the Workshop. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by administrative procedures related to the event. All data will be stored securely and deleted after the conclusion of the Workshop. By submitting this form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for these purposes.

The organisers reserve the right to review and approve invitation letter requests at their discretion. Please note that receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Visa applications are processed by the relevant authorities, and the final decision rests solely with the competent consular or embassy offices. The invitation letter is intended only to support your application for attending the PD2025 Workshop.
