The standard conference fee is €350, covering lunch vouchers, coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and social/cultural events. Participants who register by May 12th can take advantage of the early bird rate of €300.
We are actively working to secure funding to offer a reduced fee for a limited number of students and participants facing exceptional financial constraints. If you wish to apply for a reduced fee, please indicate this on the registration form.
