We have reserved a number of rooms in several hotels in La Laguna, for the duration of the workshop (Check-in: Sunday, September 21, Checkout: Friday, September 26). These rooms are available for a negotiated rate if booked through the link below, which takes you to our cooperation partner, Magna Congresos. Unless all rooms from our reserved contingent are booked, the hotel can be booked until July 22 through this link. It is advisable to register for the workshop before requesting a hotel reservation. Please note that hotels booked through Magna Congresos are to be paid in advance and before the meeting.
We note that basically any accommodation in La Laguna or Santa Cruz is a valid alternative for lodging. We recommend a place close to the public transportation reaching the conference venue (see details on how to reach IACTEC in "Venue").
Getting to the reserved hotels in La Laguna (Hotel La Laguna Nivaria, La Laguna Gran Hotel, or Hotel Aguere):
From Tenerife Norte (TFN):
Take Bus 20 to "Intercambiador de La Laguna" (~10 min), then either:
- Take the Tram (Tranvía) Line 1 to "La Trinidad" (one stop) and walk 5 minutes.
- Walk 15 minutes uphill from the "Intercambiador de La Laguna" to the hotel.
From Tenerife South (TFS):
Take Bus 10 to "Intercambiador de Santa Cruz" (~50 min), then:
- Take Tram Line 1 (outside the Intercambiador on Floor 0) for 40-50 minutes to "La Trinidad".
