The workshop will take place at the modern conference center of the IACTEC building ("Edificio IACTEC") in La Laguna city, home to IAC teams specializing in Space, Medical Technology, and Large Telescopes (https://www.iac.es/en/observatorios-de-canarias/iactec). Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided on IACTEC campus, and the bus for the Observatory excursion on Wednesday afternoon will also depart from this location. We are working to provide a shuttle bus service from the "Plaza del Adelantado" bus stop—conveniently located near the reserved hotels in La Laguna city—to the venue and back each day. If this service is not available, or if you prefer alternative transportation, the IACTEC conference room is easily accessible by public transit:
-Bus 14: The closest stop to the venue is "Parada El Charcón (1386)," about a 5-minute walk away. If you are staying at Hotel Nivaria / La Laguna, the most convenient stop to board is "Parada Los Menceyes (1391)." Bus 14 (014) is also a good option for participants staying in Santa Cruz city. -Tram (Tranvía) Line 1: This connects Santa Cruz and La Laguna. The nearest stop to IACTEC is "Las Mantecas," about a 10-minute walk from the venue. -Bus 217: Departs from "Intercambiador de La Laguna," passing near the IAC Sede Central ("Parada IES La Laboral (1370)"). The closest stop to the IACTEC venue is "Parada Las Mantecas (2699)." -Taxis are another convenient option. Simply inform the driver that your destination is the "Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Tenerife," and you will be dropped off at the entrance of the venue.
